What ways it could be used by a library?

Libraries can use the Open Office suite when they buy new computers. When libraries buy the Microsoft Office Suite for example for their computers, they must buy a license agreement which is an extra fee. Microsoft Office or Apple Works are expensive to put on a computer in the first place.
